Alexander and I have embedded the names into the cards for the people that ordered that. We then made card 55. We then had some feedback from some people on some of the cards that we worked in. The box design now includes a UPC code. And as of this morning we started going through the whole deck, card-by-card and so far have had ideas for improvements for most of the cards. We have finished the clubs. 5835 decks have been paid for in the kickstarter. We decided to order a total of 10,000.

I am still trying to figure out how they will be sold in the future. The best way to find out is to be signed up for my daily-ish email.

All of the cards have been thoroughly polished. Every last card has been triple reviewed.

Alexander will update the big poster tonight. Tomorrow I will look through the poster to see if there is anything weird. If it checks out, it will be time to send everything to the printer.

New to the forum, and just found out about this site from a co-worker. Wow. I'm amazed!

Nice job guys.

I thought that once my box of cards arrived, I would take them on down to the good food store. Last year they had a shelf of fun eco gifts. I was certain they would want this - especially since it is made locally.

No. Not even remotely interested. "I don't know what permaculture is."

Wow. Did not see that coming.

Get a few people to call the store and ask: " hey, I heard that you might have the new permaculture cards, can you tell me how much they are for a pack?"

After a week or so, go back and remake your offer.

Cost of additional decks? I ordered one deck and now I would like 8 and possibly 15 more.

They will be sold after the kickstarter for more than they were sold during the kickstarter. I'm going to try and make some progress in setting that up today.

Still trying to figure out how to do this (participate in this forum). Really, what I want to know is how/where to purchase a deck of the cards since I wasn't part of the kickstarter campaign. I live in north Idaho (Coeur d'Alene). Thanks!

We haven't quite nailed down how to sell the cards after the kickstarter. I'm working on that today. At this point, the smartest thing to do is to be signed up for my daily-ish email. As soon as the cards are available for sale, I will announce it on the daily-ish email.

That's a lot of cards. I do think I'm likely to get my permaculture playing cards before I get my "Name of the Wind" playing cards, even though that Kickstarter ended well before yours.

That's good, because I'm planning to give them as holiday gifts!

Package landed 11/21/13

Paul & Alexander & others involved, these are So Fine! Thank you for the tremendous amount of time, talent & energy you have given to make these a reality.
Great quality! Superb art! And the amount of info you planted on each one is excellent.
I'm very happy to be part of the kickstarter.
Cynthia

Received my brick today. Beautiful artwork and a great way to introduce permaculture to the unaware. I even found the hidden needle on the first pass through the deck.

Alexander, thanks for shipping them so quickly but thanks even more for the designs! They are beautiful. I already have half of them spoken for.

Thanks of course to Paul also for all the good ideas and the good execution. Right on time as far as I'm concerned.

Me too, me too! They're beautiful!

Hey, I'm a permie keen on world domination!!

That is so cool. You should have seen how thrilled the girls were to see my name in print. Thanks!

Now I think I'll need another brick. I will be showing these to local (Portland) stores to see if there is interest. This is an excellent product and should sell well for years.

Talk about your residual income stream . . .

Just got my brick today. The Postal delivery person accidentally dropped them at a neighbor's house on the 20th. I reported them missing and she got up today to go get them from the other address and deliver them to my door. All is well and now I'm going through them.
Very Well Done

My brick and poster arrived today. They look even better than their pictures. I predict though that any actual card games played with them will drag on for a bit as people scrutinize each card to see what it's about,
