Email Swap

My account here has been using zoho.com for the email but I'm getting tired of their poor interface when trying to manage my emails. I'd like to switch the address to my protonmail address. However, I signed up for a second account using that email back when there was a plotskateer or other special request to do some bug hunting. I just requested to shut down that account and it said I was successful, but when I try to switch over my main account to the protonmail address, it says there is already a member at the address. How do I fully cancel that secondary account?

I don't know if this is related, but I have been unable to change the email on my account. My email server went down, so the system locked me because it couldn't send me emails. When I came back, it told me to change my email to get back in. I tried to change it, but it would never change. I had to get in touch with a staff member to get it sorted out.

looks like we were able to get this sorted out. Your proton email address should show up on your account now. I believe you will need to change from having your zoho email address to your proton address. In order to receive emails from permies at your proton email.

click on primary email
enter your proton email
than save.
