Would an ibc tote that was used to hold Teflon be say for collecting rain water for a garden and or drinking in an emergency?

Teflon as in some teflon coated pans or as in liquid teflon they coat those pans with?

First one yes, second one I'd say absolutely not.
Teflon is not nice stuff.

I don't like teflon. I recommend filding some other IBC totes to use.

I would only use food-grade IBC to water a garden.

These have been easy to find in my experience.

In theory, you could clean the hell out of it BUT it's harmful to aquatic life so no good way to clean it that doesn't release it into groundwater.
