Looking for couple or family that would like to live in the Desert off-grid. Possibly 2. I think its better to share a place cause its alot of work. plus you need some time out and someone always needs to be there.  I have 8ac. next to Grand Canyon. also good fishing off of Lake Mead.  Theres still lots of work to do ,but have outhouse/shower,water(7gm Well), septic in. You will have to invest 40k  for 1/2 of cost.  i'm 65 and will pass my half down to you and your family when i depart the living  its very hard work, the desert is Hot and Beautiful. so you ever found a mate. i'm just work'in on my off-grid place still . but would give it up if i found a woman that wants a good man that works hard and plays hard still. i have one addiction, i LOVE TO FISH.  anyways i'm 64 years young.
