Looking for couple or family that would like to live in the Desert off-grid. Possibly 2. I think its better to share a place cause its alot of work. plus you need some time out and someone always needs to be there.  I have 8ac. next to Grand Canyon. also good fishing off of Lake Mead.  Theres still lots of work to do ,but have outhouse/shower,water(7gm Well), septic in. You will have to invest 40k  for 1/2 of cost.  i'm 65 and will pass my half down to you and your family when i depart the living  its very hard work, the desert is Hot and Beautiful. Just getting some Solar hooked up now, then working on wind.  the place is 1 mile off road which i built, and no neighbors within a mile. anyways if this interests you email me at akdog_1@yahoo.com   I will ad more pics soon
