Off Grid 7acs,  looking for someone or family to be partners with this Beautiful Desert paradise. All set up, but you would have to Build your own living space.  Outhouse with Septic system, 3 shops, Greenhouse, Chicken coop,  Water,  all 7 acs Fenced.  I built 1 mile of rd to place, Took 6 years to build  $125k   For more info and pics,

HT, I am curious if you are getting any nibbles on your post?
I also wonder how you plan to provide deed for ownership?
My interest is because I am thinking of offering a similar situation with my homestead. Shared ownership is the tough nut for me to crack at this point.

Hello there, looks like you have an amazing set up already! Im in a situation right now that I don't the financial ability yet to buy, so I'm looking more for a barter where I can live in a homestead,  in exchange for work sort of type.
