A piece of the pie, buy into my Homestead

Off Grid 7acs,  looking for someone or family to be partners with this Beautiful Desert paradise. I also wonder how you plan to provide deed for ownership?
My interest is because I am thinking of offering a similar situation with my homestead. Shared ownership is the tough nut for me to crack at this point.

Hello there, looks like you have an amazing set up already! Im in a situation right now that I don't the financial ability yet to buy, so I'm looking more for a barter where I can live in a homestead,  in exchange for work sort of type.
