I have created a facebook group for the purpose of finding people to cohabitate. These will be people who do not currently have a property and are looking for co-buyers/owners for homesteading or people who have a place they wish to add people to. The group is private and is a venue for getting to know and vetting serious individuals looking to make the next step.

Hello James!

Have you seen the SKIP program?

https://permies.com/c/skip

I think it is a great way to start!
Build your skills and start submitting Badge Bits.  Your work will be seen by people who have beautiful homes and land.
They are looking for good hard working people to give their land to.

I just joined your group, but as one offering land and looking for people to come to us in the beautiful White Mountains of Arizona, with another property in New Mexico.  We also have 40 acres of raw land with a private well available in Show Low, AZ.  Anyway, I hope it's okay that I joined.
