Hello,

So I’m seeking help for the summer and maybe longer.

Duties

Milking (once daily - 3-5 days a week)
Helping at farmers markets and farm store/restaurant (if that happens)
Cleaning the cheese facility (part time)

Must be clean, prompt and responsible as at times you will be preparing food.

Possibilities

Produce (possibly)
Light construction.
Eggs production
Help with making gin

Plenty of local winter work also

Pay $15/hour (possible tips) ($750 deducted for housing)
Plus some milk, cheese, meat and other farm products.

If you are a long term fit in some form some long term profit sharing/ownership arrangement would be a possibility.  Long term 10-20 people could be involved when you consider marketing, produce, chickens, pork, a farm restaurant and ….

Anyway references would be required and a hard work ethic during busy times of the year as we are very seasonal and some months are very busy.
