This is a project thread for the
2023 Permaculture Technology Jamboree at Wheaton Labs.


This page is to share and discuss the indoor oven project for the 2023 PTJ!

The rocket oven built using these plans at the 2017 PTJ can be adapted to be used indoors.  Rocket ovens are completely off-grid and leave a fraction of the carbon footprint of a traditional stove.
