The book is for children ages 6-8, and focuses on teaching them the importance of eating vegetables and whole, healthy foods, and help keep themselves healthy with wild herbs and foods.

These literary works for children not only pack a lovely message, but the
art is so colorful and beautiful. I know as a parent I sometimes struggle to find
