On a major interstate, at the crossroads with the main entry highway to Grand Canyon NP, at nearly 6,800' altitude. That stretch of I-10 parallels/overlays the old Route 66. Combustable forests surround the area, I was there in 2007 photographing for my book when the town fireworks started a forest fire in a bad fire year. Nice community of a few thousand, not so far from Flagstaff, Phoenix is 2 hours away. Doesn't say what the water situation is, but if they've owned it for that long, there must be some. It's a fascinating opportunity, actually, to do a lot of different somethings.
