We have a newly built, good looking tiny house immediately available for rent on our property just outside Missoula city limits (Orchard Homes.) We have a small farm in the making, including a small herd of dairy goats, layers, a hoophouse, and gardens in various states of progress. Looking for an agreeable renter who is genuinely interested in working with dairy goats (yes, milking) and in all aspects of gardening. Plenty of produce to share, orchard fruit, etc. There’s also a potential to have your own grow space as well.
Tiny house has all the usual amenities: hot/cold running water, mini split heat/AC, new fridge, new range/oven, new W/D, new *composting toilet. Short loft for bedroom. Privacy. 30 acres of land with part of the Clark Fork running through.
No pets, no drugs.
Rent: $500 cash, the rest in work trade
Utilities included
$1000 deposit

Do you pee on your compost? Does this tiny ad?
