I have had the blessing of my work and home life being all pretty permaculture based and have been successful doing so. I am now being paid to design and build off-grid village retreats with food forests professionally.
I am looking for a team lead for a project in Washington and another in Texas. A lead would live onsite and have all food needs met and receive a weekly salary to assist in managing projects.
Both sites are currently 100% off-grid, no running water, or electricity. Both will have solar within a year, and one will have a well within 6 months.
I am open to thoughts, job applications, ideas, and networking. Thanks
