The boys came back with these - mostly boletus, and a couple of parasols. There were more, but some disappeared to the kitchen before I could get the camera out.

Think I might have to experiment with drying some at the rate they're bringing them home...

boletes are great for drying. the flavor gets a lot more intense and they store well. I have a hard time saving them for drying though: we don't get that many so they get eaten right away.
