So Paul needs a prettier blog (See: current blog)

We had one idea of a sort of Where's Waldo permaculture scene (With Waldo being Paul in overalls with the striped hat/shirt)

This is just one idea, however.

This thread is for images/drawing/favorite stills from videos that would be nice to top this blog---it could even be a collage, like Paul's page at Make it Missoula

Anyone feel free to contribute, or even create a header!

Here is what I wanna do.

People can submit stuff to this thread. On dec 15 I will pick the best and send a package with 4 t-shirts and 4 mugs.

Ideal header image size for the blog is 940 wide by 198 pixels height. The 940 width is more important than the height, but that's the default size for the blog in it's current format. Format should be jpg, can also be png or gif, or a PSD photoshop file.

Ideally you would create your image file in the highest quality and then submit it. I'd be happy to optimize it for web via photoshop.

ummmm... that was the goody two shoes version....

that is a "Montana rainbow" however

everything else is an Apple tree -> no hearts and flowers

NB portraits should not be taken with cellphones—for a decent close-up portrait one needs a tele of at least 80 mm focal length standard-format equivalent so that the subject does not look like a horse (no offense to horses)

well the collage stuff is my specialty but it runs on a combination of multiple photo's
of people combined with back ground pictures (panoramic pictures) that allow you
to place those photo's into that scene. Too often however the person photo's are just head shots
or half body shots so that the artist has to totally improvise to bring it to life...

and don't forget a banner height (198 pixels ) doesn't give you as many options
because your limited in size right off.

my main point being ....the more photos you take of yourselves doing stuff
side view shots ect reaching for a control panel switch ect... riding a horse
or a fence......the more the imagination can run with it ....

i have been busy firing one isp and replacing it with another since the week end.
it's been modem hell---- which has now found closure.
