Regional Locations for Seed-Saving Swaps?

Anyone know the location of the closest public seed-saving-swap located north and south of Bellingham, WA ? We are planning one here.

Jan 31st is International Seed-Saving Day (last Saturday of each Januray)
A local group of gardening advocates is creating two events in Bellingham,WA area.

We hope to have a speaker from Uprising Organics/Seeds at 2pm...Jan 31st at villagebooks

Another event will be Feb 21st for a seed-swap with another speaker from 12-4.
I will do my best to post details when they are ready to be public.
We hope to put notice in Cascadia weekly.

Thanks for your help! I'm new to this permi link....anyone from B'ham and who is site moderator? Also we could use volunteer to help with set-up/clean of Feb 21 seed-swap.
