Frying an egg the way my wife prefers. There's a lot of bitter in the pan, but was scrambling 6 eggs right after.

I ordered this from Amazon 10 years ago for $15. I think just so I could get to a free shipping threshold. It has sat basically unused. What was I waiting for?

Finally got around to getting a Vimeo account and doing this one.  Hooray!

*Please wait to approve this -- looks like I forgot to take a photo of cleaning the pan.  Will cook another and show the pan being cleaned.*

Here is my submission for the Food Preparation and Preservation - Sand - Clook/Fry an Egg on Cast Iron BB.

To document the completion of the BB, I have provided the following:
  - a ten-second long video showing the egg sliding around the pan
  - pics (or video) of the pan cleanup

I fried an egg and got the video then fried two more before cleaning up and enjoying my eggs :)

I confess to procrastinating on this BB because I've never done a video before. I've also never fried an egg with my left hand! Although a little awkward, the technique is so brilliant that which hand doesn't seem to matter.

Pan clean-up.

Before

So easy! I just wiped it out with a cloth rag (old sock).

Clean-up done.
