PEP BB Medicine.sand.oregongrapetincture - Make an Oregon grape tincture

This is  a Badge Bit (BB) that is part of the PEP Curiculum. Completing this BB is part of getting the sand badge in Natural Medicine.

For this BB you will create a tincture out of Oregon grape stem or root.

- Make a journal page about a recipe for Oregon grape tincture along with dosage information.
- Make the Oregon grape tincture, and take a picture of it being made, and of it being finished.

Optional:

- Make a journal page about the uses and attributes of Oregon grape and how to ID and harvest it. Add it to the herb section.

To show you've completed this BB you must post pictures of the following:

- the journal page showing your recipe and dosage information for the Oregon grape root or bark tincture
- picture of the Oregon grape root or bark, freshly harvested by you
- picture of the tincture being made
- picture of the finished tincture in its labeled jar.
