First post on Permies.com, just registered so I could reply to a longer thread about the Akron area and the Lebron James Family Foundation (I have an office in the building next door to the LBJFF School of Education at the University of Akron).  Now I can't find that thread again, so I'll post here.

The Nuns in Bath, Ohio with the organic plant sale in May have a lot more at the Crown Point Ecology Center [ http://crownpt.org/ ] !
I am on the Ecosystems Planning Committee at CPEC.  At our January meeting yesterday we talked about expanding our efforts in permaculture.  Today I started researching what is being done elsewhere, and stumbled across this forum.

Steve Taylor, I read 5 months of your posts on the other thread, and I want to talk more about local efforts to promote permaculture and how Crown Point can help.
