I have a passion for kids to be able to have awesome, non-toxic, imaginative toys. But, I know many parents are like myself, and unable to pay high prices for handmade toys. I made this deal so your child can have their own affordable, durable, handmade fairy and dragon. The tiny dragons, unlike their larger counterparts, only have a poseable neck, torso and tail. Their wings flap freely and their legs do not bend or pose any more than felted things normally do).
These tiny dragons are made-to-order, and will likely have some variations in tail and wing size, though the torsos should all be roughly the same size. If you have preferences in the length of tail/wings, please tell me when you moosage me about your preferences.
For the fairy, you can chose hair and clothing styles and colors, if you want them to have a hat, etc. To see more examples of my fairies, check this threadhere.
For the dragon, please tell me what color(s), tail style, horn/frill style, etc. A picture of the sort of dragon you're looking for is really helpful! To see more dragons that I have made, check this thread. To look at the colors of roving that I have in stock, check this page
Here you can see the difference in sizes between the tiny dragon and large one.
The dragons might be tiny, but they can still be ridden by your fairy.
It will take me about 1-2 weeks to make a fairy+tiny dragon combo, though if you need them in a hurry, I might be able to get them done sooner. PM me if this is the case!
This fairy+tiny dragon costs $25 before shipping. If you order more than one thing, I will refund any extra shipping costs!
It will take approximately 1-2 weeks for me to custom-make a fairy + dragon. If you need them ASAP, moosage me, and I might be able to make it quicker.

I recently got a big order for 8 fairies/dragons to be part of a Faerie House and Garden Art Tour's awards. I have free reign to make them in whatever style, just as long as they are different. Super cool! Needless to say, I'm working frantically to get all 8 done in time (please note that I probably won't be able to work on new orders until Mid-June!).
I thought it might be good to share a few pictures as I get them done! This little fairy is entirly made of wool around cotton pipe cleaner. The skin skin and shirt are yarn that I hand-spun and wrapped around the cotton pipe cleaner. The skirt in needle-felted. And the wings are wet felted to give them that cloud-y look. I also handspun the hair and steamed it into curls and sewed the curls onto her head. This was a very fun project!
Speaking of black and red dragons, I've now made at least 6...maybe 7? Since nearly all of my dragons find new homes, I never really have two at the same time. BUT, I happen to have just made one for Dez at Wheaton Labs to celebrate his 200 BRK posts. Since I'm still assembling the package to mail, I happen to have two red and black dragons to look at side-by-side.

Four down, four to go!
Just finished a little fairy girl and a mermaid (my first mermaid!). Total of six down, two to go!
All the figures are made! I added in a phoenix and another fairy to make a total of 8 creations. I just need to spend an hour or two with a fine felting needle to tighten everything up just a smidge more!
