Hey there!
I found this site just a little while ago and I’ve been wrapped up in it for about five hours now! It’s currently around 5:30 in the morning here and I
should have been asleep hours ago but I just kept reading and reading— The opportunities are endless here, so, I’m hoping to reach out to y’all and hope you enjoy what you hear and are willing to give a young man a chance!
I’m an 18 year old male with a dog ( Bruce — Australian Shepherd ), a Kenyan sand boa, zebra finches, several ducklings, and several
chickens! They’re all like my children, Bruce more so than any of them! But my
chickens and ducklings are high up on the list, too! I have several roosters that are absolute sweethearts! Most were unwanted and I firmly believe that roosters should have a shot at a family just like any animal! That and I also love breeding animals— After all, animals are my absolute passion! I’ve always wanted to do something with them ever since I was a little boy!
Plants are amazing, too. I’ve always been fascinated in nurturing and caring for things and then reaping the rewards of my hard work! Also, watching things grow gives me an indescribable feeling!
I’m an artist at heart— I paint, I like pottery, and I even love to write! This also makes me very skilled with my hands, so, I think with a little time, I could be a great builder! Speaking of, I love putting things together! Be it a pre-made
chicken coop or something I have to build from scratch!
I was wanting to put myself out here for people that might be looking for some help on a farm for free room and board— I know that’s asking a lot, but I would love the
experience. I’m from South Carolina and my parents taught me respect and kindness— I am a truly nice person with a genuinely kind heart, so, that’s what you would be inviting into your property— Be it a small cabin or something less.
I’m smart, too! I graduated in the top 15% of my
class and had a full ride to a
local college— However, my grandmother thought it was time for me to move on, so, she sent me to live with my mother and step father. This isn’t ‘days of our lives’, so I won’t go too much into detail, but things aren’t good, haha— It’s hard and I’m trying my best. I work at gamestop and
tractor supply and I absolutely love both of those jobs. But being outside working with plants and animals and enjoying nature— That feeling just can’t be beat!
I sincerely hope to hear from y’all soon. I promise I would do everything in my power to help and I am totally okay with traveling, just as long as everything is set in stone! I don’t want to uproot only to find things not how they were supposed to be— Life has done that to me too many times.
