This is unimproved, lush coastal forest we have purchased but cannot afford to develop alone. Investors gain exclusive assignable rights to one acre and cooperative ownership of 0.6 acre commons including a well house, basic homesteaders’ workshop and garaged small tractor with attachments (mower, backhoe, bucket, etc.). $75K allocated to acquire equipment and collectively terraform entire property for permaculture installations (then each will be free to further prepare, plant or build as desired). Koa’e is an idyllic locale of preponderantly permaculture oriented estates. Seeking folk following meatless, non-toxic, peaceful lifestyles.
