has anyone done a continuous brew of applecider vinegar??? we do a continuous brew kombucha and that works wonderful so I figured it should work for acv only the acv would be on a much longer time frame, any input and ideas would be great
there are quite many roadside apples in our region at this moment.
i have storebought apple vinegar. i put some of it into a jar with water and honey to create a vinegar mother.
first i would need to get apple cidre (alcohol), right? what is a good way to do a small batch (like a few litres)?

Hi Tobias, once you have the cider just put it in a jug that has a small enough mouth on it to fit an airlock on and add some yeast to the cider leave it for a couple of months and the add your mother to the hard cider you,ve made
