For people who can tolerate dairy but want to eliminate grains let me introduce Meatza. There are all sorts of recipes out there but here's what I did.
8oz ground beef (from my cows)
1 egg
Add some Parmesan, salt, chopped garlic, crushed red pepper

When the meat is brown, add some
mozzarella
tomato or tomato sauce
more mozzarella
toppings.

I cooked it in the oven of my woodstove and it slid right out of the cast iron pan.

It is much more filling than regular pizza - more nutrient dense, I guess so eat it slowly. I ate half of this but if it was regular pizza I would have eaten the whole thing.
