My understanding is that the plant uses that part of the visible light spectrum it can ! And re-radiates green as a color it does not use. If you put a green cover over the plant
arn't you absorbing/blocking the visible light wavelengths (which would warm the cover slightly) and only sending on the very wave lengths it can Use ?
If someone posts back to me a simple answer like the energy that the plant actually uses is mostly in the non-visible wave lengths I will be very happy, Again this is just what
I remember from a long time ago ! What I think may be dead wrong !

The greenhouse looks awesome. One thing I notice is that you are insulating the building. Perhaps you have a reason for that, but in general, the whole entire point of "underground" or "earth bermed" or "earth integrated" is to use the thermal mass of the earth. If you insulate the building, you lose all the value of the dirt. Ideally, after you get it all back filled with dirt, you would want to put insulation on TOP of the dirt, and a layer of plastic over that to waterproof the area.
