Travis Philp : I am trying to remember Science I was exposed to in Elementary School close to 50 yrs ago So- I could be wrong ! Hopefully we will get a second opinion !
My understanding is that the plant uses that part of the visible light spectrum it can ! And re-radiates green as a color it does not use. If you put a green cover over the plant
arn't you absorbing/blocking the visible light wavelengths (which would warm the cover slightly) and only sending on the very wave lengths it can Use ?
If someone posts back to me a simple
answer like the
energy that the plant actually uses is mostly in the non-visible wave lengths I will be very happy, Again this is just what
I remember from a long time ago ! What I think may be dead wrong !
