Pollydough for the win, again!
The dough was made a few days ago and there was some left over just waiting to be used after the cleaning blitz today.
The last few weeks had been regularly overcast as much as they had been sunny and
solar ovens definitely work better with consistent sun light.
However, it felt like a great day to test the GoSun with attempting a polydough baguette. Imperfect conditions still produced a tasty result today
Uninterrupted sun will definitely work better, also need to find the loaf pans for the GoSun & possibly do an aluminum foil tray for making baguettes without burning the bottom in full sun.
