Hi, my name is Ben. I turned 46 last October 2023. I am currently living in Sacramento, California.

I’ve never been married, and I have no children. Seeking a feminine woman to share life with, to create a home(homestead) and family with who shares values and mindset, where our lives and personalities can complement one another. Prefer a woman who is physically fit, active, and interested in being healthy in a holistic sense. Our way of eating should be aligned, so I am not compatible with anyone who is vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, fruitarian, or who has goals to be any of that. I eat organic, non-GMO, I grass-fed/finished Beef, pork, poultry, lamb, eggs, raw A2/A2 milk/dairy, ghee, butter, fruit and veg; I essentially aim to eat close to what our ancestors did. I also have been working for years to gradually avoid toxins and live "clean" for example in our cookware, home cleaning supplies, and personal hygiene products. Also, Organic and Non-GMO. I large part of making this post is I think that it will be easier to meet a woman who has all these qualities as opposed to on any of the dating apps.  I want to preface this description also and say that I am not one to be obsessed with all this, it has been a slow process and I just believe in educating myself to figure out what works and then implementing positive changes over time. I think some people can get to unhealthy levels of trying to be healthy and cross over into unhealthy territory or orthorexia even.

I want to meet someone who wants children, and who is interested in homesteading, gardening, living closer to nature. I will be happy to provide for my future wife and children if we choose to defer to my income alone and will continue to seek methods of multiple revenue streams, with a mix of my active, passive and semi-passive incomes. With a goal of financial freedom, self-reliance, producing much of if not most of our own food, and storing that for slower season and any potential hard times. If I can be a father I don't want to send them to public school, I believe the best thing is for them to be homeschooled.

I prioritize my health and it is important to me to find someone who does the same. I stay active with a mix of lifting weights, daily walks, occasional mountain biking and hiking, summertime kayaking, ski or snowshoe in winter are also fun options. I do enjoy vinyasa yoga also, especially when in a heated room. I love utilizing a sauna and plan to build one for home when I purchase land this year. I am a light social drinker when it comes to alcohol and prefer my girl to be similar. No daily drinkers or frequent/heavy drinkers.

I approach dating with an intention of long-term. I prefer to go from text conversation to a phone call sooner than later and if that goes well arranging a first date, if we are close enough to do so. If we are not close enough to meet up in person soon then I think it is best to facetime or some other video chat format. We should learn where we may align in values, goals, lifestyle and where we both want life to look like especially in the near future. I want to build a deep connection. I am not into hook-up culture, casual dating and "let's just have fun" mentality, and I will not waste anyone’s time nor my own.

I am embracing a more traditional approach, which contrasts with what appears to be the prevailing norm of society with disposable people and things. I believe in traditional values, gender roles, I do not use pronouns, in the sense of commitment, loyalty, and prioritizing each other, our family and home above all else. The notion of dedicating myself wholeheartedly to my wife and family in the future fills me with an indescribable sense of fulfillment when I visualize this. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to experience all the joys that accompany life's special moments, as well as the growth that arises from navigating through challenging times together. I am warm, thoughtful, passionate, affectionate and possess emotional maturity or as some call it a "high EQ".  I want the best type of relationship where we are best friends and lovers. We can also be business partners depending on your level of interest in that and skillset. I must add that I am not religious, most accurately I would say I am an agnostic-atheist. I respect al people’s rights, preferences, and beliefs and have many close friends who are religious but I am not going to marry them, so I feel it is unlikely that someone religious and I would mesh well. I have my own sense of spirituality and I feel this most when I am in nature and when in devotion to loved ones. I do not attend church unless it is to participate in the occasional friend or family members special occasion such as a baptism, christening, wedding, or funeral service.

I plan to buy land most likely in the Sierra Foothills this year and this is because all of my family for the most part, at least my immediate family including my siblings and aging parents live nearby so I am not looking to relocate. In the Sierra Foothills can get some beautiful land 1.5 to 3 hours from the larger cities and an international airport if needed. I have been acquiring knowledge on what it takes to live off grid and practicing what I can in smaller suburban form whenever possible.

Academically, I hold a Master of Science in Nursing, a California, licensed Registered Nurse and Board-Certified Case Manager. Throughout my career within the allopathic healthcare system, I have gained extensive experience and seen the light and the dark of it. I continue to broaden my education formally and independently. I have recently completed a 16 week ‘Root Cause Protocol Institute’ consultant program as another layer within my exploration of additional streams of income. While this expanding upon prior knowledge is for my own benefit, as well as family and friends I am currently researching and planning an online health coaching business, educational content creation, and this can tie into other plans for events, retreats, and short-term rental and glamping as options for income streams once on my land. I am an avid reader and researcher of all thing’s health and wellness among my many other interests. I have been working in healthcare since I was 21.

I am not cv-19 vaccinated and never will be, nor any other v’s, although I have had some of the childhood schedule ones unfortunately, which during my childhood was a fraction of what it has grown too today.

If any of what I have written here resonates with you, I would love to hear from you. Direct message me and ask me any questions you'd like. Tell me about yourself, your 5 year plan, your vision for the future.
