"How would you divert smoke into the oven"
I have been pondering this question all day.
My
answer is it can be done!
Just not easily...
I would build a small metal box attached via 4" pipe to the oven, (i said it would not be easy).
Like a cold smoker, your hickory chips would be a small separate smokey, non-rocketing fire, just
enough to flavor your food.
OR... maybe build yourself a black and white oven like mine... just saying...
