Let's Have Guacamole ... It's National Avocado Day!

Guacamole

Here is how I make Guacamole:

One avocado

Lemon juice, to taste

One jar of Pace Picante Sauce

Directions:

Scope the avocado out of the rind.  Mash to the consistency that you like.  Add lemon juice.

Add Pace Picante Sauce, as much or little as you like depending on taste.

Serve with tortilla chips!

My guac recipe is fairly simple- just avocado, lemon or lime juice, and some garlic salt.
I tend to like it tangy, without any crunch.
