Brigteon Video

I have been testing this bread mix for months now that I can consistently get excellent results with this recipe, I made this video to show just how easy it is to make your own bread machine mix that you can grab off the shelf and make bread with ease.

Thanks, this turns out great for me.    It has taken time to adjust standard recipes to use honey for me but this one is dialed in.

Matt, thanks for sharing.  I like to make bread mixes, too!

How much rye flour do you put in the recipe? I assume it is not in the mix and do you add some whole wheat?

Maybe this is in the video so could you share for people like me that don't do videos?

Hi Anne,

Glad someone else makes bread mixes and we can compare notes.

I have stopped using rye flower and i have switched totally to King Author's flour as it is non GMO, and rises great.

I played around with organic rye flour but as you say it does not rise very well,     to keep they taste I simply add the caraway seeds.

I use this same mix for pizza dough with the dough setting on the bread machine.

I have also taken the liquid and blended up a couple bananas  and added that to the bread with good results.

I have also used this in my solar cooker and it turns out great.
