I recently purchased a house in Decatur, Georgia (about 15 minutes east of downtown Atlanta) and am looking to establish a food forest in my back yard, roughly a half acre. I want to create something that will benefit those involved. I have an open room in my home and I am actively seeking any help or guidance from those in the Atlanta community as I am a beginner. This is my first post on these forums and I look forward to the response.

cheers,
-adam

I should also note that the backyard is big enough to host a tiny house and I would be open to discussing this type of situation with the right person or couple who would want to help build this forest with me.

Hi Adam, How are you doing? I am interested to hear how it's going with the food forest in your back yard? I recently moved to Atlanta and am doing a Permaculture design course at the moment. I might be able to help out. Let me know if you would like to connect. Cheers! Jasper

Hey Adam! I work in Decatur for a permaculture design and build company and was curious if you had heard of us? Shades of Green Permaculture Design and Build. I would love to help out and check out how your food forest is coming along as I am in the works of one myself!
