Hello All!
I'm very excited to announce the second annual
PDC Course being held near Regina, SK (24km NW on my farm). The course runs over a 7 month period (October 2019 - April 2020) with a break in the classes in February.
Who am I?
My name is Jenine Kozey and I own Edible Landscapes
Permaculture Design and Consulting where I am a
permaculture educator and consultant throughout Saskatchewan, Canada. I have been in business now for 5 years specializing in edible and
medicinal perennials for the prairies (USDA Zone 3 climate). I host a variety of workshops each year focusing on self-sufficiency skills such as
greenhouse design,
gardening by the moon, foraging tours, plant walks, plant spirit medicine, raising
chickens, preserving food, herbalism, rainwater harvesting and many more. I have a Bachelor of Science in Physics and have been immersed in the construction industry my whole life. I was raised by frugal, resourceful farmers who taught me to truly become a Jack-of-all trades. My interests run from knitting and woodworking to plant spirit medicine and witchcraft. I have four energetic boys, one amazing husband, many
chickens and a thirst for knowledge that only grows more prominent each day.
