Hey folks! I'd like to plug my friends at Kinstone (www.kinstonecircle.com) in Wisconsin because they are hosting some amazing workshops this year. They've just opened their permaculture school and have instructors like Wayne Weiseman, Richard Flatau and more. The cordwood workshop starts mid May and they are also offering the Permaculture Design Certificate course, an animal course (husbandry, slaughter, etc), a straw-clay slip course and more. Our farm is working with them to help with some courses as well, both at Kinstone and at our farm. Check them out!

We have 16 acres and raise rainbow trout, dairy goats, heritage pigs and chickens...with a few stray critters here and there. Always looking for barter and knowledge opportunities. We are in year two of our new farm and trying to be as sustainable as possible. I enjoy having this forum as a learning space!

Hello All!

Just starting my wanderings in here but hope to bump into many of you more often. In the meantime, wondering if anyone could recommend some farm accounting software that doesn't cost an arm and a leg...we are consolidating several arms of the farm under one business name and trying to find a software package to help track everything. We sell stock and retail rainbow trout, baked goods, and this year, produce, eggs and soon goat milk products...

Any suggestions for software would be appreciated. Trying to get away from QB Online and don't want to go all the way to Excel make my own methods..
