How has the sale gone?
Is having permaculture features a positive selling point? I have been imp[roving my property along these lines and would be interested to know if it is recognized and valued outside the permaculture community.
I'm not sure, people seem to want so called hassle free maintenance free properties.
Be good to see how this all went through.
