I'm interviewed for an hour.

I convey my "scary clowns" theory. I do thing where I try to express the difference between organic and permaculture.

Go here and scroll down a ways to listen to this.

It is cool to see your "duke" title in digital ink on someone else's site!

Yea Paul,

Keep reaching new audiences and venues with the inspiration and humor that you share with us all

I cant wait to go to florida and catch some warm days in the middle of winter!

planting a food forest in San Diego right now, overstacking with hefty numbers a la Geoff Lawton. more than 10:1 N fixer trees to fruit trees, etc.

accelerated succession is definitely much different than organic

the 1st one of your podcast that I listened to.
It was good, now even more people knows about permaculture.

I love the way how you answered that while compost pile is better than landfill, giving it to animals to compost and distribute it is even lazier/better.

Thanks for pointing me towards that--I liked it a lot! I agree, you are a terrific guest and you should do that more often. I'd be curious to see if your web stats change after broadcast.

Ha! Scary clowns... : ) A very apt metaphor for what I fear to be a very realistic appraisal of the political situation.

Great to see the word getting out via new media to new audiences. And I totally echo the sentiment expressed by R. Hasting: I couldn't help but smile when I went to the OneRadioNetwork site and read "Paul Wheaton, the Duke of Permaculture"!

At the same time, though, I couldn't help but cringe when I read someone above saying that this was the first podcast in which they've ever heard Paul talk his stuff. I just didn't like Mr. Timpone's style. Sure, he was a perfectly polite host and an interested participant in the discussion, but he kept repeating or re-phrasing Paul's statements in ways that confused or mis-characterized (what I took to be) the original intent. Did anyone else have the same reaction?

Paul sounds like a natural. Interviewer slant and spin comes w/the territory, keeps one on their toes. But the territory can be worthwhile and it sounds like Paul is at home there.
