How hard is it for an American to immigrate to Scotland? My husband's family are from there originally. I would love to see a peak at the place -- any photos?

It's not that easy if you're American (I know from experience), but take look at the website.
Just out of curiosity, any idea how much they want for it? Must be a lot of zeros on the end!

It is offers in the region of £425,000 but the couple have split up and they have to take any reasonable offer

It gets a lot cheaper if you go further north. As north as it gets, Caithness, you wouldn't pay half of that.
There are plenty of USA folk up here...
