I have figured out that I have wild comfrey, Cynoglossum virginianum, growing on my property. I can't find much information about it and am wondering if anyone has experience with it. Does it have any of the same awesome properties as the regular comfrey, Symphytum officinale?

I wouldn't bet on it having similar properties, medicinal or otherwise. Cynoglossum is a different genus and group of plants, even if the plant has the name "wild comfrey". Maybe check out Cynoglossum officinale?
