Travis, Leatherface is a great dog name! I can imagine a whole 80s horror menagerie: Pinhead the rooster, Chucky the duck, Damien the satanic goose, Freddy the pig and I'd finally get to call an animal Jason Actually, I could have a whole herd of guinea pigs all called Jason. Creepy.
