Thousand Cankers Disease (TCD)- Black Walnut TWIG BEETLE

Has anyone got any knowledge, experience, wisdom to share on TCD?

We have lots of black walnut trees on our farm. We woke up to news Illinois does not have it yet... but is worried about getting it... and has implemented a plan.
