I'm out here past Montmagny, near St Pamphile in the Quebec L'Islet Region. And i was thinking about renting a couple rooms i have in my 3 bedroom house, I live alone. I am permaculturing my land of 6 acres. I'm interested in having permie boarders/renters, who would like to help me with the land. food during growing season would be available, my drinking water is pristine, and there is a small fishing river nearby, hunting is also very good. Short or longer term is possible.

Had to look that one up.
You are right on the Border with the US, you might want to ask in the US forum as well, due to the close proximity.
