The emphasis of this course: 1. Delivering the full PDC Curriculum. 2. Transforming back yards, city lots and roof tops into bountiful (& beautiful) gardens. 3. How to make food growing economically profitable, socially responsible and environmentally sound. 4. Minimizing work and reducing fossil fuel requirements.
