Hi Norris!

I've listened to the podcast you did about this with Paul, and I must admit I am VERY intrigued. Unfortunately, I don't think it is quite in the budget for my girlfriend and I at the moment. However, I'm wondering what you're open to.

Here's the backstory. My girlfriend and I are moving to Portland soon because she is going to attend OHSU for nursing. After that (Sept 2013), we're hoping to settle in Portland for quite a while. Any chance you would be interested in renting? Or perhaps an owner carried loan? I recall from the podcast that you're trying to relocate to Hawaii, so I'm sure the answer is probably no, but I figured it is worth a shot in the dark.

If you're interested in anything alternative to an outright purchase, please let me know!
