My husband is concerned with the possible iron buildup from using cast iron (it doesn't build up in women, only men).
Does anyone know if this is a problem?

Does he have hemochromatosis or liver disease? those are the only things I know of that cause excess build up of iron because it allows too much absorption. It is alot easier for men to meet their iron needs.

Put a bit of sunshine in each day;
Others need its cheer and so do you-
Need it most when outer sky's dull gray
Leaves the sunshine-making yours to do.
