I have my first batch of mead bulk aging. It has been 6 weeks. I only bulk age my cider wine for 4 weeks but it seems I read somewhere or was told that mead needs a bit longer. Anybody?

well I couldn't find any concrete or anectdotal info so I went ahead and bottled it. It isn't as clear as I would like but it is close. tastes good now and I bet it will only improve! ok yeah yeah I know I put ice in the glass, I'm not some connoisseur Smiley
