Howdy-

How would i get rid of rust (fungus) underneath the leaves of roses?

vinegar?

I'm not a rose expert, but I find that most fungal problems I've seen can be controlled with weekly foliar feeds (alaska fish fertilizer).  Some use sulfur, but I would try the feeds first.
