I just finished his book The Revolution Will Not Be Microwaved which i loved even though the dorky title.
It's in the same genre of The Omnivore's Dilemma, but with 'omnivore's' the audience was more like aunts or rich friends who shop at whole foods or something. The Sandor Katz book though goes more to an audience I'm in, and pushes that edge.
So with more radical food underground stuff, plenty of good talk about permaculture, and unlike pollan, more of a 'social justice perspective' of the global food situation, which I really really appreciated.
I recommend it. there were parts where 'yeah, i know this, i know this'. But he keeps throwing info in there that there are sure to be gems to learn fresh, like i did.

Thanks for the rec! I loved The Omnivore's Dilemma, and have been looking for some follow-up reading. This should be the ticket.
