The Good Guys,
I have my sleeve caught in the corporate machine. Instead, I want to design online tutorials to questions like those posted in these threads. If you need smart and snappy instructional design, or somebody with vision, please give me a call.
I made 1500 phone calls for Democrats in November. I wear the t-shirt to prove it. As a delegate at the 2006 Democratic State Convention I proposed adding 40 mpg CAFE Standards to the platform. I forwarded articles concerning Microsoft’s financial incentive to ride the bus to Boeing management as they faced a parking shortage. I recruited moveon.org activists in my department specifically for environmental and Internet issues. I went door-to-door for WashPIRG for seven months, researched and wrote their press releases, and made a blended multimedia-training platform. I went to the DFA Nightschool. I took notes. I have seen the Web-based learning the corporate world has. I took notes. I have seen behind the curtain; Webinars, discussion threads, and electronic manuals are the way to encourage smart activism and our future.
I created a hyperlinked knowledge-sharing document for Boeing. I designed a blended training platform for the Washington Public Interest Research Group. At Safeco I taught database management and made a troubleshooting guide to the "unknown" folder. At Merrill Corporation I coordinated cross-department efforts, trained employees in computer use, and composed a companion manual to a vendor’s shared-desktop software training. I find solutions.
Boeing just gave me the boot after I built them a bomber. I want to work for the good guys this time. I had interviews on Thursday to do Instructional Design for Weyerhauser and Franciscan Healthcare Systems. Now Microsoft and T-Mobile are flirting with me. Give me the word and I will be yours instead.
Thank you, Eli Richardson (206) 271-6389 eli_richardson@hotmail.com

I'm reading this and still trying to figure out what it has to do with permaculture maybe the mod could move this post to the meaningless dribble section since that it where you are supposed to post things that arent related to permaculture. Maybe they should post this at Monster.com it sounds like its a job description Monster.com is an employment website. Might do better there.

I moved it to this forum ... more regional. I dunno, seems fair to me. Somebody is wanting to get out of the corporate machine and live a simpler, greener life.
It does seem that once in a while a green job notice comes up .... now that we know someone is looking, and we hear about something in the area ....
