Organic sourdough pancakes using a sourdough starter that has been going for over 250 years! Plus organic maple syrup, organic scrambled eggs and organic coffee!
Semi-potluck-ish: If you have something organic to bring, that's great! Maybe some homemade jam? An interesting syrup? Juice? Fresh fruit from your garden? A favorite tea? Yes! But bringing something is not required. The goal is to bring permies together - the food is just for fun.
This is the first whack at a monthly event - every third saturday. Just a gathering of permies for an hour or two.
At the time of this posting, one permaculture instructor (Josho Somine) and three permaculture designers are committed to coming. We're hoping for at least a dozen permies! If you are a certified permaculture instructor or a certified permaculture designer and you are planning on coming, please drop me an e-mail (paul@richsoil.com) and I'll update this info!
1130 n 81st st, seattle - about three blocks north of green lake. Lots of street parking.
