My "dream house" is about finished. My contracor has given me 4 choices for the lawn. 1) Kentucky blue grass. 2) Tall fescue. 3) Zoizia. 4) A mixture of the three. My question to the experts is what choice they recommend. My yard is about half acre big and I live in Maryland where we have the 4 seasons. The grass is going to have more than 6 hours of full sun a day. I'd appreciate it very much a prompt response. Thank you
