Becarefull with ductwork. It's not "Heat Resistant" and it can produce dangerious gass'es from the metal it's self when it's over heated.

Here's what I'm considering.  I haven't been able to find anything that will work in existing walls but I think this is an awesome thing but not sure at the cost yet.

I came across away to use foam to fill the cavity space between the outside brick on a older home. It kinda seams alittle costly tho but I"m wondering if it would be worth it in the long run. I have a 1920's home which is Block on the inside.outside walls and brick on the outside with about a 3 inch cavity top to bottom. I would love to fill that cavity. Does anyone have any other suggestions for this.  Thanks... You guy's are awesome.

Someone sent me this digram of where someone used copper.  Seams the only factor there ( and the reason I"m not using copper) is the fact that the stove gets so hot, it can weaken the copper.  I"m kinda afraid of it melting so I"m using galvanized...just to be sure.

Yea.  I"m not sure why my photo's are turned.  Their suppose to fix'em.  Would be a heck of a design huh  lol  .
